What do you guys think vould come in the Covet Remaster along with the MR-T?

 

Well I hope they don’t remove the skidplate version, I hardly used it but it was a nice to have!

 

an updated race config, maybe one based on like the motul civic or something
an obligatory hillclimb version
maybe like a super low-spec version? like plastic everything, 50hp engine, the works (think like the hirochi start mod)
4 door version maybe? probably not though

 

saloon variant & van variant, bit like the ef civic saloon and the honda shuttle 1990 shape.

 

I predict the current track variant will become an amateur trackday config, with the addition of a new track variant using the mid-engined platform

We should've gotten a half finished remaster that everyone would've complained about being half finished?..

 

Idk about that one, the Moonhawk got that new rear panel this update, and to me that points at it being worked on alongside the Covet/whatever's next.

Remember that the Moonhawk was the first car to get added to the game after initial release. Besides the proportion correction a ton of cars got a while ago, it's only really gotten the pre-facelift front fascia (and a Donk config with the H-series Remaster) as a new part, until now. Of all the vehicles in-game barring the Covet, it's technically the most deserving of a remaster.

I think they are going to add NFT vehicles and mods and transform beang into a play-to-earn metaverse

Only one mod was approved today and it's for the H-Series. Highly unlikely the update will come out today because it's late in Germany, but perhaps tomorrow? The Bastion was added about 3 weeks after the initial release iirc, so it might not be too far off

 

I doubt they'll include the Covet in a minor update, the Bation came with 0.24.1, after that the hotfixes were adjusted to 0.24.1.1 and so on, if we got the Covet nnow would be something like 0.25.4.1? because if it were 0.25.5 would sound like a hotfix, and with the next updated said by tdev to be scheduled probably to the 3 month schedule again, we might only get it with 0.26 in 2 months and some weeks from now, but with tire thermal confirmed for 0.26, I'd not be so sure if the 3 month schedule will be true, might be another more than 6 months wort of wait

 

Covet comes in the next major update, this has been stated at the end of the release notes for 0.25.
