I never noticed this before the new update so i think its a new thing. The throttle and clutch assistant struggle to shift into a higher gear when just cruising. This is an issue with every manual car in the game right now. I dont remember this being an issue previously. It just seems like the clutch is held in to long in between gear changes so it has to blip the throttle between up shifts in order to keep the RPM high enough. This causes extremely slow rough gear changes at cruising speeds and makes getting up hills a struggle.

the bolide is actually one of the least noticeable cars. if you really wanna feel pain take one of the big v8 manual classic muscle cars and thee up shifts are terrible when cruising.

I've been experiencing something similar. I've noticed that the 1st gear to 2nd gear shift at high RPM causes this to happen in some cars, especially the manual gearboxes in the D-Series, H-Series, and Roamer, among other vehicles. However, after the 1st to 2nd gear change, all other gears operate normally at high RPM. I hope that this helps the devs figure this out
