Why is it since this new update when i activate nitrous it freezes my car?

Its weird when i turn on nitrous on the new civetta it freezes the car and i have no control over it

 

I second the problem. Every time I turn on nitrous on any car the game partially freezes. I can still change gears, but I cant use throttle or brake. I also think that steering does not work.

Edit: Was messing around and thought potentially one of my mods broke it and apparently that might have been the case. After I disabled all mods the nitrous seemed to work just fine.
Edit #2: For me it was the Duramax Diesel Addon which adds more diesel engines and options. Once I deactivated that mod the bug appears to have fixed itself. None of my other mods seem to cause this.
