Update Speculation thread

It COULD be a hint to the release date. 8th of August. Though I think it's more likely to be a hint to the 88 model.

 

So obviously it won't happen but I really want a moonhawk remaster.

It will happen, just not this update. However as always Beam devs: you're free to prove me wrong

 

isn't it like RHD instead of LHD, don't remember the covet to be RHD and the screen isn't mirrored since the plate looks well normal

 

Plus double fog lights, like the '90 Fiesta XR2. Overall, it looks amazing. The turbine-style wheels and the flared rear fenders in particular look the part!

I would love for this to come in a minor update like the Bastion and Bolide remaster, but I think its unlikely

One I saw at a meet not too long ago, would be nice if the Covet got some little hood vents and/or boxy bolstered Recaro seats

Edit: Turns out this is a Fiesta RS Turbo (the more you know), the fogs are quite similar though

 

No rear seats in the back

I really hope there's a saloon body hidden as an option. From whats been teased it's very Renault 5 Turbo but with a Jap front.
