This looks absolutely beautiful! I love the custom rims and the lore to it and not just a rebadged Chevy Kodiak or GMC 6500 which are both some of my favorite trucks of that class. I love these trucks, especially shuttle van and bus upfits, but I know those came around in 2004. Take your time with this and just ignore all of the beggars or whoever just asks a question that just doesn't make any sense. Keep up the great work, hope you have fun making it.

 

About the school bus, are you planning for the body to be from a lore friendly third party manufacturer? (Most likely Wentward) since buses from this era had the body made by a third party. For your context, I’d say to base it off the Blue Bird CV200 body, since that was the exclusive body offering on Kodiak chassis from 1993-2003 per a supplier agreement between GM and Blue Bird.

 

I really really like this upcoming mod, can't wait to have this on the road, I got few suggestion to make:

I suggest to add a 6x4 / 6x6 version (If possible) and a longer bed for the config might as well add some unique heavy loads for the pickup
Add a Ramplow too and maybe a jato on the back bed
An Ambulance/Firetruck config with the single cab or crew cab
Add an airhorn
Maybe add a 8/6/5/4 lugs for fun, messing around with the truck and all
Add a Dump bed config, a small dump beds you see on smaller trucks
A Heavy Duty Tow Truck that can tow Any Vehicle like the Wentward and Gavril T-Series
A Flatbed with Side rails

I have my doubts most of my suggestions will be added considering it will take a lot more to do more work but it would be cool to see them some time in the future, it can wait as a concept idea when during your break

That's pretty much it and I'd like to put out that this mod reminds me of this unknown vehicle for the 5 years ago

That “unknown vehicle” is a super old unreleased mod from ar162b, which I believe is part of the inspiration to make this

Finding a bus to replicate it is easy as long as I want to make one.

6x4 and beyond is coming, ram plow already exists, I've touched upon the ambulance, airhorn already exists, smaller wheels exist, dump beds are listed on my main post and bigger tow truck is undetermined. Please read my main post before suggesting any new things because chances are, I already know about it

 

I hate to throw even more suggestions at you, but what about a super-shortened chassis to fit an un-stretched charro body?
