"Informative" grading option

Hello,
in many posts I see something like this:

When I go where I can rate such a post, there is only "I agree" and a thumbs up.
Could someone please tell me why I don't have this option?

 

They removed it for many reasons. used as a sign of dislike, sarcastically used, spammed rating, etc.

 

if you go back far enough, you'll also see things like "funny" and "useful"

 

Until which period?

 

Alternative explanation
The rating was basically used as "haha fuck you" button, people used it whenever they felt like they did not agree w something or wanted to be sarcastic as you said

 

Also at some point an option to like someone's mod existed but currently there is no such option and it seems like devs kept that functionality for them and you sometimes still see some dev liked a mod
