Colored Wheels Always Turn White

Unsure if anyone else has had this problem but its a weird one for sure. All colored wheels (anything besides white) are defaulted to white for some reason. I have cleared cache multiple times and even tried disabling mods but still no luck. This has stuck with me for some time now, even through newer updated versions. All attached screenshots are of base game configurations. Any help is appreciated

 

I did have this issue. It was a conflicting mod, and the mod was the 4 door pigeon mod. I dont know if yours is the same mod .

 

Don't have that installed but I'll start combing through my mods to see which ones might be causing it

Turns out it was the Ibishu Dove mod for me, still really not sure why this happens.
