If you don't know how to make them glow, I do how. It's actually very simple if you first make an empty texture first and edit that texture in the material editor. (If I remember correctly, you gotta go down to advanced properties and select glow, might be somewhere else though.)

 

Are those lights gonna be another facelift? If so, then maybe you should consider extending the model years, say the round lights be from ‘81 to 85 then the first rectangular lights from 86 to 93 then the Pete style lights from 94-2002
