The Beater Covet is a shitbox. My Atos is a perfectly running car and surprisinguser1's Focus would've still been a perfectly running car.
I literally logged in just to add my 'Agree' on this comment. It's seriously difficult in it's current state, I'd even take it being bound to the parking brake instead lol
Not really sure about this one. I mean, if you're gonna launch on a grade, you're still gonna need a third foot for holding the brakes. Makes no difference.
So you're saying we must defeat the whole purpose of launch control, which is having a quick getaway from a standstill. Now that makes sense, doesn't it?
me to. But i think next week is better chance. or the one even after that ( 2 week is the pattern ) BUT its not promised. We had one last week. most likely NOT tomorrow. Seeing Covet is done. I think next teaser will be ( possibly ) sedan/wagon/ What ever body if there is a new body. And/or Covet face lift. Or it maybe the ETK remaster/parts update/ Or something else.
I don't think we're going to see a new map until at least .27, maybe to coincide with the initial release of career mode. I think IF we get a teaser today, it's gonna be the Covet again
Are we all forgetting that Tire Thermals are supposed to come for 0.26? If a teaser would come about this, I'm sure the whole community will flip and flood this thread for at least 30 pages.
True. It may be something they just give us on the day ( or a day or so before ) to stop that hype LOL. maybe they post a YouTube video of it ( and post it on the media ) Like a day or week before. so yes i did for get about that. You got a awesome memory
Another thing are the openable doors. It’s not the most important part of the game but there might be more cars with openable doors and maybe even trunks, hoods, rooftops etc. in the coming update. would be a nice little extra
No, I'm saying we should improve a poorly implemented game mechanic, since launching a manual car is unnecessarily hard right now And how would holding the handbrake instead of the pedal brake make the launch slower?
And this won't change just by moving the mechanic from brake to clutch. I think the pedal brake is still better because the handbrake needs to be released by pulling the lever slightly upwards first instead of directly pushing it down, making the whole process slower. That's what an everyday driver will tell you, at least. The whole point of launch control is having the quickest getaway possible and the handbrake release procedure doesn't help. At all. I mean, what if someone forgets that detail? This won't be the best experience, especially during a traffic light race. And you still have to have both hands on the wheel to control any sudden tendencies (mainly FWD torque steer and RWD spinning).
I feel extremely bored so I made this bullshit of a table. Just showed here what niches of cars we miss and the ones that are filled. Feel free to fix issues in it
