I think that is false information in this mods case. Imagine this. Lets say im a server host and my community says to me "yo that mod is nice, we want that on our server, it would be a great addition". So I visit the shop page and buy it with the intention to share it with my community. Then what restricts me from doing that. It neither says on the forum front nor on the shop page that i am restricted from doing that. See most software companies have a phrase in their tos restricting anyone from doing that and most paid mods too, but this one has no such phrase. There is no part in the contract that restricts me rn from sharing the product with whoever i wish. And common sense doesnt count, it is a perspective, what matters is whats written within the contract. I think the intention of why was something bought doesnt even matter, if nothing within the offfer -> the resulting contract says -> you are restricted from duplicating, sharing bla bla, then i dont see what exactly restricts me or anyone else from doing so. Edit Anyway. The mod is dope, it has a good quality, a few bugs here n there - obviously because it is new. I like it and i will turn into a proper race car, thanks for releasing a good car <3
Can we appreciate how good the 6 speed auto is? I can cruise in drive and it doesnt make me want to light the car on fire, I can cruise in sport and it drives excellent. Beamng devs take note, This is how a modern automatic transmission should work! The official cars transmissions take to long to respond to what im doing. I can drive it with my foot just like my irl 2014 mazda 6 6 speed auto. Wow nvm, i just drove th etk 800 and uh i forgot how far transmissions have come in general the official ones are fine. I just think the smooth shifts in drive and short gearing make this car feel better. Its the stupid dual clutch transmissions that drive kinda bad to me. --- Post updated --- Bug I found, automatic version cant line up for a drag race.(im on the demo right now tho so it might be already fixed in the full version?) Might just be another mod causing it to maybe?
Its very nice mod. I dont like F1 gearbox. Its work like a Modern hydrokinetic transmission. I can help with adapt single cluch transmison like for gallardo mod.

Another bad reason; You can manually steal mods from servers, that's why private mods should never be on servers, camodo gaming is very fond of this method.
I downloaded the demo and there are some more issues I found aside from the ones posted so far: Brown interior has such an ugly color combination, it's literally one of the top results when you google "bad color combinations". It is objectively bad, not only subjectively. The speedometer is so small that you can't see the numbers at all from the default camera, not to mention all of the left gauges. Someone did mention spiking, but on the convertible body it's much worse than on the Scintilla, especially but not only on the rear fenders. Jbeam of all the lights seems super unfinished. You can have a crash where they fall off and still work. They don't even have breakGroups. The CHMSL seems unbreakable and just stops glowing when deformed but still looks the same. Console shows lots of missing textures, there are smaller errors too. No weight difference between normal and stripped interior. Quarter panels don't break off, maybe it's intentional? But having them as separate parts could reduce the spiking. Many parts like undertrays, inner fenders, engine bay and frunk liner have no Jbeam of their own at all. It wouldn't be too bad for a normal car, but this is a supercar so it needs quite detailed aero simulation and weight distribution, these parts should at least affect the weight and aero. Doors don't have window frames but from a Jbeam side they are built as if they had them. When you remove the door glass you get invisible collidable parts there. Jbeam-wise the bumer vents don't exist. Only the rear fascia ones do. Engine mounts act way too soft compared to what they look like they would and how they should on a supercar. If the automatic suspension is really supposed to be automated manual, then the flywheel doesn't work on it and it has an invisible torque converter instead, that's lazy. Not only the rear suspension wobbles when duing burnouts, the whole car does, for a supercar irl this would be seriously questionable build quality. I think the mod is good for someone who likes supercars, but for someone who doesn't care about them I can't really recommend it, sorry. It's a good mod but if the demo has so many issues then idk how many the full version has.
You are buying a single copy of a digital product and sharing it with others is obviously illegal and goes along the lines of piracy. iirc Szanto forgot to add the correct lines to the product's description and I've talked to him about it. I'm pretty sure he's not allowing copies to be made of a paid product. I wouldn't try to share the Mondello for free as Szanto will most likely update the use terms in the near future as it looks more like it was forgotten more than intentional.
Im buying a copy of a digital product without any describtion of how that product can be used and how not. There are no describtions about how often that product can be reproduced, backuped, altered, downloaded, excuted, viewed, shared, underlicensed, sold or what so ever. So it is not obviously illegal, no idea what makes you think that. If i buy a software and nowhere in the tos it says that the software license cant be used by multiple users or sold to others then sure i can share that software/key with someone else. Why do key sellers exists otherwise. Its not even a single copy, you can download as many copies of it as you want. Also Updating the shop site afterwards doesnt alter any of the contracts that got created before that change. Hes the copyright owner thats for sure, but if he doesnt restrict or limit the usage of his product in any way while selling it then he cant go ahead afterwards and deny any of the previous buyers from using it in one or multiple ways. I also think that the author doesnt want his product to be shared freely, but also that he messed it up and now has to live with the players that will share the mod.
Because the automatic transmission in a mod behaves like a modern 8hp style hydrokinetic transmission from BMW I made an additional gearbox modeled after the F1 ferrari gearbox. I reproduced its operation as much as only watching videos on YT of ferrari rides with this transmission allowed. The transmission like the original one does not have a parking mode because it is an electrohydraulically controlled manual transmission. It has an automated mode which is a bit slower and softer and a manual paddle shift. The transmission selects the revs nicely for gear reduction. I will write a message to the maker to add this transmission instead of this modern automatic. If he does not agree I will share the file with the transmission itself in the comments.
