A all-standard Focus C-Max 1.6 16v, which my parents drive. (17 but more intrested in mtb's than cars!)
Carb tuning a few days ago. Still needs work http://youtu.be/GFF-cFLn5hA http://youtu.be/O7FYvHeET_E (Ignore my flip flops I'm a lazy mechanic)
I drive Ford Focus ST 2008. It is very fast and very durable for it's price)))))))))))) It has 2.5 five cylinder turbo engine. 225 hp and 320 N*m. and I hope somebody made this vehicle for BeamNG))))) I am a softaware developer and my 3d design skills are limited to what I have made for my level.
I live in Saint-Petersburg, Russia. There are no european level racing tracks. So only once I had visited racing track. I set up a good time(not the best among ST, but faster than some more powerfull cars like BMW 335i, Subaru Impresa WRX, Scirocco R). There was some long strights. ST have FWD without diff, so it is not too good in corners, but really good on straights, because of it's low drag coefficient. Also I know some places in our city without speed cameras where I can reach 240 kph (or even 250 with 98 gas and cool wheather).
I don't have my license yet, but here is my dads car Volkswagon EOS I don't have a photo of it, but I swear my dad owns this car!
Thought i'd add my latest field car, although i bought this one with about 2 weeks of MOT and Tax left, so i did use it on the roads for a bit! 1.8L Turbo Diesel. First car ive owned with a turbo, and while you definitely know its there, since its so freaking loud! It sounds like a vacuum cleaner, but i dont really notice any performance boost. I expect the non-turbo is just dreadfully slow though. These guys love it though!
Its a diesel. They have almost no top end grunt and run terribly when naturally aspirated. Almost all automotive diesels as a result are turbocharged. Its not a performance turbo, its a help me actually run properly turbo. But, considering its already piped up for turbocharging, means its alot easier to drop in a big fat off upgrade
Yeah, sounds about right. In my mums Suzuki SX4, you can definitely feel the turbo kick in after a second or two, and it gives a decent amount of acceleration. The turbo in my van feels like its just sorta able maintain the acceleration at the top end that i had low end, and without it, itd probably be out of puff much earlier. Its fun just lifting off, and its much more silent, then back on throttle again and all hell breaks loose, in terms of noise anyway
