Ive currently added a tow receiver to another vehicle (the original file is from the d-series with the name and slot name changed). ive added the node offset code to try and adjust the hitch but it hasnt moved from what I can tell. What I think i'm doing wrong is I'm inserting that code in the wrong area, but dont know the correct place. Any time I move the code somewhere else on the body jbeam (where I added the tow hitch slot) or the hitch jbeam breaks the vehicle.

ok I figured out the issue but I have another. What I was doing wrong was in the main jbeam I had the tow hitch slot then another with the node offset. Now the hitch works but has some flex with loaded trailers. Is there any way to beef up that mount? might be a simple answer but ive never done any modeling.

i believe you would mostly try playing with beamSpring and beamDeform values.

Figured it out, the new vehicle had new naming for the nodes and wasnt the same as the d-series. I had to re jbeam the hitch
