    Hi there, love the game.

    Having a strange issue with the new traffic and it's simplified AI.
    Before on West Coast for example I was able to run 12 AI traffic (with police) at around 55 - 70 fps pretty easily but now with the update even with the new simplified AI models I stutter really badly while still at 12 AI Traffic.

    I've done a full clean install etc.
    If it helps my specs are
    i7 9700k
    32GB of RAM
    2080Ti

    Again, love the game!

    Covet GTz description says something about "dedicated visuals". Does this mean it should have the GTz factory decals? Because it doesn't have them on.

    Covet driving school should have two wing mirrors, because ..well.. it's a driving school!

    hey guys, im having issues with my audio, and it's not a problem with my laptop. i tried selecting every audio output source but nothing works :( please help.

    The 2.0 GTz Special Edition had the GTz Factory Graphics (plus the Lower Spoiler and the Ibishu Type-ZS wheels) but it's gone, unfortunately. And that's a shame since it was advertised quite intensely with quite a few teasers in the process of communicating the then imminent 0.21 Update of December 2020.

    I'm stuck on this screen, I can't use this version with upload_2022-9-20_21-9-17.png mods while I don't get stuck on version 0.25 ı have r3 3100 rx 5500xt 4gb 16 gb 3200mhz ram

    Got an issue: Using simplified cars with traffic makes the vehicles unable to drive. they roll, but the engines refuse to start and and the cars never move unless hit.

    Are you sure those are not the parked vehicles? They have no engines to further improve performance

    the cars spawn in the middle of the road as if they are moving traffic, but dont move at all.

    Just confirmed: the cars do have engines.

    There is all mistakes i've noticed After a little road trip around WCUSA,
    I'll Keep this message up to date when i'll find others issues.
    1: Cars ignore red light on blue arrow, and go straight, instead of turn left on yellow arrow.


    2: AI undecided to choose a lane at this spot, and switch betweeen lanes 4/5time before intersection.
    (this behavior occurs at many spot of the map, specially on the highways)


    3: Big lane cutting on highways.
    (ok some people made it IRL, but at this place, nearby all drivers do this infringement)


    4:Stupid AI collision for no reasons.
    This occurs with consequent traffic (20/25 total cars)


    5: At this place, 50% of cars go straight on trees and crash their car. (Maybe drunken AI?)
    Also, I've marked in purple some place where cars could be parked. Some in front of garages, and some along sidewalks. which would make the place more alive.


    6: Sometime, when I start traffic, Some cars appears directly on my car.


    7: Vegetation PBR texture not found on some palms
    Little suggestion with this screen for even more immersion: Police stations could contain some parked police cars along building and parking. this goes for Hospitals too, with H15/D45 Ambulance.



    8: Some suggestion to enhance traffic:

    • Color palette of traffic car is way too colorful. it must contain more white/black/grey cars, (at least 90% of them) and less glossy colors for others cars.
    Some red cars, some others blue, and the last remaining 2% for others colors.
    There is some example of average actual car color palette:
    (this is more boring than before, but it make the traffic more credible and realistic)


    The actual color palette is more suitable with 80/90s.


    I hope this little contribution can help you to improve the traffic feeling.

    Some more details I noticed and my suggestions for them:
    1. The Bolide has its 1st and Reverse gears mounted in the normal positions (up and to the left for the 1st, down and to the right for the Reverse). That's perfectly fine but it certainly could use a dog-leg pattern, with the 1st down and to the left and the Reverse up and to the left because the new animated shifter feature gives this ability. Plus, I don't think there could be another BeamNG car to have a dog-leg manual, so the Bolide gets even more unique on that respect. Gives it a more race-car feel and it would also be a perfect match with the metallic clunk sounds the shifter and the gates make when they have contact (they sound just like they should)! :)
    2. Some FCV gasoline engines (more specifically, the 1.6/2.0 I4s and the 2.5 I5) have a slightly higher idle than before. It sounds good, especially in the I5. Actually, this gave me an idea about the Arsenic mode and that's to include this slightly higher idle in that mode only, with the previous slightly lower idle being part of all the other modes. Some performance cars in the real world (like the Lamborghini Huracan Performante, in its "Corsa" mode, and the Lotus Evora 400, in its "Race" mode) actually have this feature integrated. Plus, when the cold start ability is implemented sometime in the future, the higher idle on the sportiest drivemode, along with the openable butterfly valves in the exhaust, will make cold engine start-ups more dramatic. And one more thing: this high idle can also be implemented in the Corse mode of the Scintilla! :cool:

    edit 1: Previously, I said that don't think there could be another BeamNG car to have a dog-leg manual other than the Bolide but it turns out I was wrong; the Autobello Piccolina has a dog-leg shifter but only with the 4-speed manual! :)
    edit 2, 9-23-2022: I just found one more car with a dog-leg shifter and it's the Ibishu Wigeon when equipped with the 3-speed manual! ;)

    Having an issue with the loading of maps. All the map names have turned into some form of code and the spawnpoints aren't showing. Also it won't allow me to enter any map?

    Delete EVERYTHING to do with BeamMP. BeamMP is what caused it for me.
