Basically I've been fighting with FFB and all of my games with my G920 wheel since the end of August. This seems to be a common thing because Beam.NG has a think the FFB options page. Anyways, ive been working with the FFB and it functions in all ways except for the fact that when im sat still in a car, in this case i was using the Covet MR Race variant and as i was sat there my steering leans the to left and right depending on which way it leans more toward. it doesnt move very fast, but when i steer to the other direction i feel a resistance between directions. when it locks all the way left or right it has a resistance too, like its holding itself there for whatever reason. ive tried recalibrating my wheel, reinstalling GHUB, fiddled with about every setting there is in FFB, except the side Acceleration feedback, Update rate limit, update type, and the response correction curve. steering settings Assigned control: Xaxis filter: automatic 1:1 steering angle set to 900 1:1 behavior: Normal inverted Axis: False Linearity: 1 rest deadzone: 0 end deadzone: 0 FFB settings are the following: enabled: true inverted: false strength: 100 smotting:150 Automatic Secondary Smoothing: true softlock force: 50% reduced strength when parked: true side accel feedback: 0% Update rate limit: Auto Update type: fast Use Response Correction Curve: false IF there are any problems with my setting that you think could affect the behavior of centering then let me know please.
