That isn't actually a mod. It was included in the 0.26 update (but not finished). Switch the piccolina to the off-road body to use it.

b) The front and rear of this discombobulated contraption are now entering low orbit, moving upwards at about mach 1

No, there's no way in hell that anything will survive a 180mph hit by a multiple ton metal brick
