It is extremely difficult to get banned from a server that doesn't have staff bots, so I'm assuming there's a viable reason behind the ban.

The 92-97 Vic was still based on the LTD Platform, It wouldn't exactly work well with the one in this mod, The 98 Vic got a complete remake which ditched almost everything from the original LTD platform, one big thing was the Chassis.
