Cops are after me after they lost their suspect

Try this scenario in chronological order:
- AI traffic and cops are in game with me
- some AI car breaks the law and flees from the cops, the cops are chasing him
- the fleeing car successfully escapes (green speeding point representing the villain on a map disappears)
- the cops get crazy and are after me, because they have lost the original suspect - now I become the suspect
without a reason - I obey the traffic regulations. And when they stop me, they don't even give me a ticket
Why is this happening?

This bug started since update to version 0.25

 

My ID is 140010 and i may have solved it, the problem only happens when i enable pooled vehicles in traffic settings.

 

The bug has been there since version 0.25, but I hope they fix it.
