Hey Lucas,
this post is a bit off-topic but i hope you can answer me...
Iam currently working on this Volkswagen Passat mod. I added cornering lights to the glowmaps (and they´re actually working ). BUT i used the lua code and glowmap codes you ( and trackpaduser ) made for this mod. So i jsut want to ask you, if i get the permission from you (i will ask trackpaduser aswell) for using your codes.
I would be happy to get a answer

s**t i lost my mod

 

After a few tries, I got it.

I had to redo my registration . Then only version 1.0 appeared for download. So I clicked on View Attachments, and only then did version 1.2 appear for download. When I clicked download uptade it went back to my library. Only when I clicked on view attachments did it go.

 

For anyone still having problems after creating an account, I had to hit "download all" on the top right of the main picnic page. It then downloaded the new version.

 

The windows from some angles look weird, when broken.

just spotted a little flaw in the taillights at night, when on Dipped-beam there's no problem but on full, taillights "glass" disapear

Furthermore, i find the direction parts a little bit squeeshy... that's not really problematic nor important for a lot of people, but does it seem's difficult to fix, according to you

This does not happen on my end. Most likely due to the map you're using, try replicating this on a vanilla map.
As for the halfshafts there is very little I can do about them. Most vanilla vehicles have the same deforming issues.

 

it seem's to be related to lights from street lamps, unfortunately no vanilla map have streets lamps so it's difficult to reproduce, but i managed to do it by being in backlight on West Coast

it look's like the plastic disappear when the light is oriented a certain way

 

Not working for me. "Download all" just downloads the 1.0 file. I managed to download the 1.1 when it released however. (I don't remember how)

Oh and trying to click the download button brings me back to the library.

 

I think the picnic resembles the Citroen Saxo even more than the Peugeot 106

bro take the time to look 2 posts below where i reproduce the problem on wc.usa, it's hard to see but lights that are off like turn signals or reversing lights look like transparents/broken
