Gavril Scout ('18 - '24) v1.3 available here for 3.80€ / $4 Also available on Gumroad | Demo Gavril Europe's entry into modern city vans. Built in partnership with Cherrier, it takes heavy inspiration from how the FCV platform is made while still keeping it unique to Gavril. This makes the Scout the perfect choice if you want a cheap light utility vehicle that does the job. As always this is a completely standalone, scratch-made car. I started working on this in early October 2022. I will also try to be more transparent with this to you all as I failed to do so with the Picnic. As such I will disclose now that this will be a paid mod If you feel like you need more information on this side, feel free to ask! I'll try to answer most questions concerning this. Enough rambling, let's get to the good stuff. Both Cargo (Utility) and Multiway (Passenger) variants shown above. The passenger version has rear seats, carpeting, and a regular tailgate. The cargo one ditches all that in favor of a more rudimentary look and to allow for more space at the back. This means it can fit 2 full-size pallets. You can choose if you want a rear door or a simple quarter panel on either side. You can also choose between a tailgate and barn doors. Working doors, hood and tailgate : Scratch-made Jbeam following developer standards, with fully collidable cargo area : Detailed mechanical components and drivetrain : Quick Q/A Q: Why Gavril and not "insert other European brand" ? A: I hesitated a lot before landing on Euro Gavril, but the main reason is that there isn't really any other European Gavril mod out right now, so it gives me a lot more headroom for stuff like design and trim names. Q: Will it have an electric version? A: Yes, I plan on adding an electric variant later on in an update. Q: Does it have a demo version? A: Yes! You can access the demo by clicking here Spoiler: Changelog - v1.1 Brand new interior textures, now with different colors and trims available Completely remade gauges screen thanks to @ThatTonybo, includes drivemode-dependent coloring and various menus and sounds. Please refrain from pouring free hate onto this thread, this is supposed to be a friendly thread for anyone wanting to discuss the mod. Thanks!
never thought id be excited for a van but here we are, and i am definitely very excited looking forward to release and supporting your future mods Mr. Lucas
Very impressive with how its looking, I like idea of it being sort of niche and a pretty unique idea for the game.
im getting "2000 quid for the chevy van" vibes (its from bottom gear) lucas voted this agree 2000 quid chegvrolet vasn in beambng soon??!??!!???!?!!?/11?!?!1/1/!1?!
mans took my idea of a modern gavril van smh (difference is I left my idea in a ditch) jokes aside it looks good, how many people do you have in your basement working on this?
That looks awesome!! How arent you in the Dev-Team yet?? Your mods are from extremely high quality...
Exactly, Not the kind of low quality high price crap on modland, Those kind of mods give even high-quality paid mods a bad image.
when i saw that its paid, i sorta was dissapointed then, i remember that this mod is gonna be good like the Picnic looking forward to this thing
Nice, a transit connect? Not super expected but I was obsessed with vans as a kid so I'm not disappointed.
