I can't believe I'm the first one to say this, but... it's literally illegal to sell mods that are made using paid assets unless you have direct permission from the author which it doesn't seem you do. And idk who would give such permission since you are literally redistributing the same model except all the money goes to you instead of the author. Not to mention it's a terrible business decision overall because even if you get that permission you will never get the money you paid back, the model is not made for BeamNG so it will deform badly and your reputation will worsen.
The model being allowed for commercial use does not mean you're able to just redistribute it anywhere you want. It's for, say, buisness purposes using the model in a render or whatever they do with it. Selling this model yourself is illegal!
