This car is 1500 ps in real life so i see no reason to decrease power other than if you just want less output from the engine for some reason.
Telling it's a skill issue to a driver who racked sub 6 minute laptimes with scintilla in nurburgring, lmao I bet that you are not as fast as him and you miss his point entirely From what I understood what he means is BeamNG's current traction control, suspension geometry system can simply not cope with hypercar speeds, thus he says that the power is too much for in game car to handle, he/she does not mean that car's in-game power is inaccurate, he simply points towards a potentially different issue Granted I have not tried the car for myself but maybe y'all should read a text twice before jumping and calling out someone My personal solution to this would be to have a one config that has less power but is more enjoyable to drive, something like down tuned version with 1001 horsepower or something
There's an option to remove the turbos, that should easily do the job. Or just weaken the turbos. But they shouldn't all be de-tuned (though a de-tuned config wouldn't be a problem at all, in fact, it would make for a great track version).
Well yea we can see where that gets us, make sure to not change width and height tho. Also leave the friction the same as having too much in the front makes the car quite unstable. I also already tuned the tires to have close to irl (or at least close to the 1.07G stat I found) turning performance --- Post updated --- I think the Pur Sport already makes for a great track car. It has MUCH better track performance compared to the stock car and allowed for a 15s time gain on the Nürburgring with my not that high skills with driving an understeery car through the green hell
is it supposed to have this warning light when it's not overheating? also the super sport 300+ pulls a lot to the left
Yeah the map issue is probably on my end only, but I only ever drove in Italy. Maybe a cleaned cache will fix it By WOT I mean wide open throttle, I think maybe it swerves because of torque steer because if it was a problem with the suspension then it would be noticeable in normal driving too, but it isn't too big of a deal because it isn't detrimentally unstable thank god! And yeah I'd rather have an understeery car rather than the latter, again thanks for putting so much work into this car, it is truly impressive and we appreciate this mod! I have yet to take it on the 'Ring, and I will drive it stock absolutely untouched and then slightly modified for handling. I will try all different drive modes too. But I have looked online and saw only Misha ride very carefully in the Pur Sport with a Bugatti prototype driver. The video lacks telemetry and there is only proper footage of only a few turns sadly...
This is probably the best real car mod of all time, and it's free! And better than all paid mods (lol)
It seems like every small movement of the steering wheel at high speeds causes the car to swerve and be unable to straighten itself. There might be something that needs to be done in the electronic stability systems so that the car can correct itself faster.
thar then makes it feel quite overly assisted. Handling mode allows you to drift for example. Maybe diff settings can be changed
I've noticed the car feels very light in the front end when going fast, that applies to all variants too.
