Don't be too worried about the leaks, if anybody bothers to go out of their way into a shady site to find a leaked version, it means they probably couldn't easily spare the price of the actual mod, in which case, no harm done. I like to think most of us who can afford it have enough braincells to underestand that, if we support good mods, we'll get more good mods, so we'll be buying it. I couldn't be more thrilled for the future with creators like you making more dev-quality content for this community!
All steering wheels done, in order: SL, LX, Grande, RZ, GT --- Post updated --- The "Historic Race" config will be based on this one There won't be a Hakosuka inspired one if that's what you mean
he's already made a lot of content for this game, can't you just let him go? he's made lots of good mods and now you're gonna get mad because he made his own decision to make his own hard work paid? and as he said, real cars are going to be free, but lore friendly mods are gonna be paid.
I haven't seen a single mod on this website that would be a scam, the moderation would ban the author of such a mod instantly if it was a thing. On other websites however... Just don't go there for paid mods, ever.
Honestly, I think the devs should consider including an official paid mods system. It would make things feel more official, increase exposure for the mods by making them more visible, act as a small revenue source for the devs, and incentivise the creation of more high quality content and the maintenance of it. Either way, this looks really cool, and I especially like the sound of a historic racing version. Hopefully it'll handle as nicely as it looks.
I think they must be considering it and it would be a great new feature of the forums remaster that will definitely come eventually
