Hey everyone! I was really hoping to be able to make a custom cluster for the Hirochi Sunburst to mimic that of a ford fiesta. I recreated the dials in illustrator as best I could, and now I need to model the 3d map and textures for it. I am completely stumped on how to do this, as I came across no exact model of the instrument cluster. Instead I have found what looks like some textures and a 3d map. Like a pink normal map

So how do I make that file? I tried modeling in blender a bit but I am TERRIBLE and on when I went to bake it the normal map looks way different. Possibly wrong axis's are being used? Unsure, but I really would like to make a custom cluster..

    Thanks.

The normal map is pink because it's compressed in a specific way, you can just add blue channel to it and it will look normal and you can edit it afterwards

Alright, well another question would be where do I see the meshes for the needles? -- How do I change the needles ?

they're in the sunburst's 3D model files in your case. You can open said .dae file with just about any 3D software

Ahh. Took another look and found it! Went into the file initially and deleted everything but the dash not realizing that the needles were a separate mesh. Thanks.
