try obliterating a real car and fixing it. Simple rule. If you don't want to wreck it, don't crash it. That said, my idea shouldn't apply to a sandbox mode.
New Idea: Weld - weld parts back onto your vehicle. Could also be used to make small repairs. ...Or maybe add steel plates to your D15 to make an armored pickup?
I like the idea of welding things. Imagine the sloppy aligned things welded back to the vehicle so it look terrible Or the plates Luke mentioned above and lot's of metal scraps to make vehicle look like pulled out of Mad Max.
Good idea. Would go nice with Hati's suggestion. Time to weld a line of loosely welded cans to the rear bumper of a D15 & hear them clink & clatter along cheerfully
I like the idea to add tools. Especialy the bashing tool. The main problem I have with Gabsters cars, is the fact that they look too shiny and brand new to go on a derby track . With these tools you can make it look like you saved it from the junk yard and make a stock car out of it. Some paint or Air-brusching tools would also be helpful to do stuff like this: (imported from here) (imported from here)
Today I was thinking about a new tool. Point and Repair: You would point your mouse on to a part of your vehicle and by pressing left mouse you could repair that part. For example you crashed into a tree and your front wheels are blocked and you could unblock them with this tool. What are your thoughts?
