Mod won't disappear from vehicle config menu after uninstalling mod

So, I installed the indestructible vehicles mod, I removed it and it won't dissappear from the vehicle config menu. What should I do? (it doesn't show up in the mod folders.)

 

try clearing cache see if that works

 

I can't be 100% sure but if you saved any custom configs it could possibly cause that problem, try checking the custom configs folder (same root as the mods & temp folders).
