    There's one bit of advice I will give you, one uttered by Gabester frequently

    Curve your pillars.

    otherwise windows physically won't be able to open. even on old cars, pillars where curved. Look at the below:

    Windows and pillars are not ruler straight, they need a shape to hold. Curve them :)
