there are some paid mods out there that are on completely unedited scintilla jbeams with stolen forza models going for nearly $4 or more

For about ~25 dollars you gain access to addons for a package that costs an additional 13 dollars. and for 4 dollars you get nothing, that's "basic support" according to him.
I've seen mods for 2 dollars better than all his mods combined.
