Stuttering/lag issues

    Hi, i posted couple weeks ago about same issue, but now i have video to show my problem
    i think i managed to upload video file, in the video you can see my framerates bouncing up and down and stuttering, when opening menu while playing framerates smoothens and game doesnt stutter anymore
    any ideas?
