weird things with boosted engines

ive been driving a tuned ETK I series and have noticed it behaves funny on different game loads. sometimes it can handle the full 28.5 psi of boost with a stage 2 block and other times it cant handle a turbo at all. i have no idea why this is happening but i noticed it in beammp first then in the normal game even after a cache deep clean
i dont think its a mod issue because once again it persists in the normal game

may have found something related since my heap just corrupted a bit ago so im gonna verifiy files a few times and then try to manually clean the cache

 

heap was not related to the issue.

it still does it in safe mode but its more consistent now but still behaves different on utah and italy. no idea why thats a thing (air density physics?) it also makes more than 600 hp at the high level of boost so im wondering if my game install is just funny

even stranger still is that a 1000 hp etk i i have isnt blowing up so maybe its up to the 30 psi its getting when the engine loads up?

 

would a youtube video work since i dont know if theres a file size limit here? also it is 2 different configs at the moment but both have the same settings other than gearing

 

i dont think 3.41 compared to 3.42 would make that big of a difference but what do i know. not much since ive not messed about with it much

 

obviously there is since thats the only difference between the stage 2 block being able to handle the 28.5 psi or blowing

 

i have been unable to reproduce the issue since i moved to a new pc weirdly enough. im wondering if a system component was having weird floating error issues

or i havent done whatever i was doing to make the issue appear before. im not quite sure but ill keep trying
