Hello, I recently got a new monitor with 75 Hz, but still at 1920x1080 resolution.

The game's performance has not dropped, but there are several visual issues I now have. These do not appear on the laptop screen. I seem to be experiencing a flickering in the distance when I look around. It also seems hazy and grainy in the distance when looking around. I have made a recording of this, it is attached.
Are there any fixes for this?

Specs are: i5-8300H, 1050 Ti, 16GB RAM. The graphic settings are on normal. But this shouldn't be a problem as the graphics/performance was not a problem before I got the monitor and it still is fine.

    Thank you

I could be wrong, but I think that's what the game is like. Try turning on depth of field in the options. Again, I could be wrong because I'm not really into that kind of stuff

Do you experience this issue in Safe Mode? (Launcher -> Support Tools)

Yeah, it might be that I am not used to running the game on a bigger monitor.

The issue persists in safe mode and I have also reinstalled the game.

No, I do not have any modifying programs. Might this be a graphics card problem (drivers etc.)? Or, as already mentioned, it could just be the game functioning normally, and that I am not used to the bigger screen.

Hold on, what monitor is this? Is it a crappy Chinese off-brand shitmachine or is it a well-known company like sceptre or dell?

    Disabling shadows has no effect.
It is a Dell 24-inch monitor, recently purchased.
