I agree on a 760, considering the 970 and 980 are out now it wont be long for the 960 in which case the shiny 660 you've just bought is already 2 gens out of date. Plus a 960 release will probably drive 760 prices down.

There's a bug in 0.3.6.1, the mouse doen't move the car anymore, not even right clicking. Just a heads up, I'm guessing you Devs already know this and that the Experimental build is not supported;)

There was a change to the T75 not mentioned in the changelog, Gabester fixed a bug that caused mesh spike when you removed the rear rear axle.

Also, the mudflaps don't collide with the world.

Not to be that guy that is insanely annoying, but are cars supposed to slowly slide off of the flatbed? I assume this is one of the things that still needs some work and you can see at the bottom left how much throttle and brake I am applying.

Probably actually, wind resistance and all that, plus you would usually tie down the vehicle irl, cant do that here(yet anyway)

But it wouldn't just slide like that. It'd either roll back, or bounce off. It's doing neither.

well if it rolls off, that means that you didn't turn on the parking brake and put it in park (putting it in park obviously being automatic only)

Well yeah but that's not my point.
My point was that cars don't slide around like that.

The car isn't tied down, so every little force will make it want to slide off the flatbed. No real flatbed would ever have anything on it not tied down. When we add ties this won't be a problem :)

As for it slowly sliding off: imagine a car parked on a slippery hillside, with a constant force slowly pushing it... the tires can only cling on so much before giving a little bit and sliding. The friction coefficient of the flatbed surface is not as high as asphalt.

Well of course stuff is gonna move when it isn't tied down, but the way its moving kinda looks funny.

The mouse can no longer be used to move around the car in 0.3.6.2 update is this a bug? (Read previous posts so guess you know )
I like the new side box good way to keep people informed of the updates that don't read the blog :D

Thanks for the info, gabe. :)

Nice to know that little things are being worked on to improve the overall gameplay as far as realism goes.

I don't know if you are referring to this or not, but the wheels are actually moving.
