    This is in west coast usa, i was playing the same map last a day ago and i swear this wasnt here it was just some storage, any clue? i dont see it in any update.

    It came with the Covet remaster or Scintilla update. Not new, a month or two old at least.

    Wait till you click on career mode 6 or 7 times, ten you'll figure out what its for
