[solved] I need help with creating a configuration mod!

Hi everyone! I was trying to make a configuration for the Bruckell legran not using any mods, to post on the repository, but I can't seem to think about how to put it in a file to send to the developers so they can post it. Can you guys potentially give me a tutorial on how to put it in a file and make it ready to give to the developers?

Could you go into detail? Like do you add any files into it to make it a mod?

Just so you know, I modify skins as well. So I have a little bit of skin modding experience. So if I need to make a skin, and then make a config through the skin, I could do that.

Do any of you have any idea, though. How I would do this?

I'm gonna try to make a skin for it, and make a configuration from there. If it works, I will change this thread to solved. Thanks to anyone who suggested to me how to do it!
