    hey all

    recently for beamng i have no sound at all, audio drivers all installed and updated as other games through steam work with sound, ive ran on safe mode and same issue there too. can anyone shed some light? sound was working couple weeks ago.

    Hey man!

    I'm no technological-dude, but I had this issue some time ago, (maybe in 2020?) and I believe it was a sound mod that corrupted it. Check your volume settings on the game itself, 0.27 maybe changed it. Uninstall and re-install the game if this doesn't work.

    I literally did a clean install of Windows to eliminate every other possibility of bad drivers/mods/etc and I still have no audio in this game in particular lol

    You dont use headphones I assume, reinstall the game.

    1. Right click on the Start button from the desktop and select Device Manager.
    2. Expand Audio inputs and outputs, right click on High Definition Audio Device and click on Uninstall.
    3. Restart and Windows will re-install the IDT High Definition Audio driver.
    4. If it works fine otherwise try to search for the drivers with the help of model number of your computer from the Manufacturer’s website and install them.
