Anybody try breaking any Bonneville records?

Since we have an actual salt flats area now, I figured I'd go about replicating (and trying to break) some of the records. Using the Covet and only parts provided by the Devs, I was able to match the fastest Honda Civic at 207mph.

 

Cool Idea I'll give it a try

 

If anyone can beat that, post it up!

 

I saw a 200mph '68 Charger on Google, tried beating it

 

Managed 210mph with a bit more tweaking.

•Stage 3 Turbo @15psi (Any higher and piston #3 would beat Starship to Mars.)

 

I have demolished your record by 1mph and any faster the car would overheat. I decided not to use full-race tires because it would wheelspin the car

 

have not managed to get faster then 100 due to the awful traction you get. currently experimenting with removing everything including suspension parts

and yes, its running a 6.0 diesel
