OK, first, learn the beamng modding documentation, after, try to make one or more props to learn how that work. And after, you can make your props has a car in game.
Start by making Skins, Props, Engine swaps or whatever and then the more you learn, the more experience you get
Also search for the normal BeamNG and the Modding for Dummies Discord. On the dummies discord is a full tutorial how to do a fully new car. That helped me a lot to learn jbeams
