the leaning works in this way: the steering input is from -1 (left) to +1 (right), it is transformed in a desired angle of lean: -1 => -45° +1 => +45°. So when the Bike is up vertical its angle is 0°, then supposing you steer right the difference between desired angle (45°) and actual one (0°) is 45°. To accomplish the steering this difference must reach 0. Let's call it ERROR = 45. At this point a PID algorithm plays trying to reduce this ERROR to 0, by pulling hydros on the front fork with specific amounts. These amounts are calculated in this way: when the fork turns RIGHT the bike will start steering RIGHT and the centrifugal force will start making it fall LEFT, actually leaning LEFT. To avoid it to fall it is needed to countersteer LEFT so that the centrifugal force will start pulling RIGHT. There is an algorithm named PID implemented in LUA files that balances the hydros forces so that a proper amount of steer makes the bike to reach the desired angle of lean (ERROR = 0) and keep that angle balancing the bike to not fall, by continuously pulling the hydros left/right. The PID algorithm has parameters that were tuned for each bike, because depending on height, weight, wheel sizes and other factors, the results are different. Easy no? T
Probably something not worth almost 3 times the price of the Gavril Scout, but that's my opinion. These should all really be their own separate things and not locked behind a pack that's $10 (why do you even need to pay for a log bridge)
The bridge was added to the existing package like a sort of gift, the package costed already 8.99 before it. And also I have the Crasher pack that has two bikes and costs less. On request by customers I put two bikes of their choice in such package T.
I bought this mod and believe me when i say this is a scam (The dirtbike mod), it is soo bad, completely unplayable. DO NOT BUY.
Are you using a steering wheel like I recommend? Anyway if you are not satisfied write me with the same email you used to buy the mod, and I will refund you. T.
Though I agree, I haven't really seen anyone actually get scammed by him. 99% of the thread is "mod sux/mod is great" but not really "he refuses to give me the mod/my money back"
just paid for the pack ill let you guys know what they're like once ive receive them! excited to test these mods --- Post updated --- wait has he not even sent the mod after you paid? ive legit just paid i dont wanna get scammed
