ah yeah these are awesome little rides. if it were me, id find the factory steelies and hubcaps (if it came with any) and swap those on. Good luck with it if you choose to buy it!
kia picanto, has about like 80,000 kms on it, lime green. literally has a lip that wants to k*ll itself
Nice! Those are great economy cars, very reliable and fuel efficient. Where I live they are quite overpriced in the 2nd hand market, but despite that, I know many people who have one and they all love them. I don't think I've seen a lime green one though.
That is a spotlight; it's just folded in. In the U.S. at least, retired police cars cannot have the spotlight facing outwards when driving around. I'm curious if that is a 6.0/L99 car or a V6.
I haven't afford a car yet. I am still underage for driving(I am nearly 17 now.Like most countries in the world,in China you are not allowed to get a driving licence before 18.)and maybe my first car will be a 2012 Peugeot 408 1.6XS from my father, which is his daily car now.But maybe I will tend to drive my mother's 2021 Buick LaCrosse 2.0T Luxe,I guess. The LaCrosse is much more comfortable and powerful.
2014 mazda 6. Mods: corksport lowering springs, corksport adjustable dampening shocks&struts, corksport front shock tower strut bar, AEM "cold air" intake, custom exhaust stock 2.25 inch piping running a vibrant 1792 bottle resonator in place of the stock resonator, flowmaster super 10 muffler, and 3 inch upower tips. it sounds kina poopy i did the exhaust when i was working at a dollar tree so i didnt have any money. i will be changing the exhaust set up some point. https://youtube.com/shorts/ubNSdriFRR8?feature=share i very well could have already made a post and dont remember lol sorry if i did
Latest daily for nearly two weeks now. Mk2 Golf was not a very comfortable daily during winters being over 32 years old. This one is a Linear spec (base spec) 2.0t manual. Still has cruise control and automatic AC, and optional electric driver's seat. Got it fairly cheap with only 198k km and still minimal rust. Suffers from occasional check engine light which has 3 times been diagnosed for misfires earlier but no actions taken so far. Already bought a practically new second-hand OEM direct ignition cassette and new spark plugs which are likely the cause. Shifter linkage also needs attention as the shifter has a ton of play, hopefully taken care of with some aftermarket brass bushings once I figure out if mine has the older or newer mechanism that was changed the year this was made. Future plans primarily include geting a intact front splitter and painting the driver's skirt that has paint damage. Stage 1 + flexfuel tunes are also cheap for these as they have flexfuel cabability from factory. Seen stage 1 tunes for this 2.0t to get around 220hp and 340Nm. It already has these nice split three spokes for winter and double three spoke wheels for summer, but keen on getting a Hirsch style rear spoiler and maybe Aero rear bumper + muffler. Second-hand leather interiors seem fairly affordable as well as mine has fabric seats and door cards. EDIT: idk why but I thought it was a 2004, not a 2005. The shifter linkage was changed in 2004 so mine has the newer mechanism.
Recently had an unexpected fleet expansion, friends of family needed to get rid of their car and here it is: a 2014 Peugeot 208, with all the options and a 1.6 NA engine. funnily enough both cars are the exact same PSA color, Moondust Gray. Drives quite nicely, but I do miss the extra 50hp and 90Nm the THP on the c4 has, the 5 speed manual is fine and it's a lot easier to drive around the city. Not sure if I'll be keeping both though.
My daily workhorse. 95' 940 2.3 manual non turbo. She's on 222k miles currently and in fantastic shape.
Not necessarily mine, but a truck I built/am building (are any project vehicles really ever "done"?) for the family business, and I regularly drive it for work. Longest vehicle I've ever driven. There's only one wire necessary for the truck to actually run which exists just to hold an automatic fuel cutoff open with the key on. Just a big old reliable workhorse, very fun to row gears in it. Feels a bit like what I'd imagine driving a semi truck feels like.
2003 Honda Accord Ultimate Performance Package 2.4L I4 VTEC Swap. I call it the "bottom mobile." Actual pictures are inserted below:
I got a 2008 Dodge Caliber SRT Custom. Lowered, turbo, aftermarket exhaust and front bumper. Added a bass speaker so all songs have additional bass. It's a manual transmission, so there's that. It has 95,000 miles on it, even though it's almost 15 years old. Also, I own a Subaru Ascent, and a Chevrolet Malibu. Not the exact picture of the Caliber, but looks like this
I decided against it; too much work needed to be done to it before it could be used as a daily (namely an entire new interior). I’ll most likely be buying an AMC Eagle soon (80s 4WD wagon? Hell yeah). Hopefully this one: https://www.motoexotica.com/vehicles/4463/1983-american-motors-amc-eagle-4wd-4dr-wagon-limited-30 Never mind, I bought a different Eagle because this one sold for $15,000. No thanks!
