How can I improve the graphics quality?

    In this video, the cars and the environment look very realistic. How can I adjust the settings for such a graphic quality?

    they edit the skybox so reflections are more pronounced, usually make car paint more chrome and set the time to around 5pm. tut can be found on youtube
