I'm sorry, but my parents will not let me do Discord. As for learning how to make mods, what I have used the most is actually taking other people's mods and opening up the JBEAM files to see how they work.
I got the main component of the front suspension in game. I was having some troubles with the textures, but I got it fixed. Here are some pics. --- Post updated --- Also, I have been having a problem with the meshes only being like half visible, so if anyone knows any tutorials on how to fix that, I would be really grateful.
I have been taking a break. It was starting to feel more like a chore than something I actually wanted to spend my free time doing. I think I will pick it up again this month, but I just needed a break.
You're welcome!! I just don't want my beif lacks of interest to subtract from the quality of interest this mod.
So . . . I was messing around with the JBEAM on the chassis, and I broke it (again)☹️☹️. I am going to have to make a new one, but, this gives me the opportunity to do it from scratch to give it better damage, and to make it more stable. Hopefully this new one will be better than the first three. (Yes I have made three different versions of the JBEAM)
No. I've been running into a lot of problems while porting it and I'm not sure if I have enough experience to finish it.
Just found this thread and I think it's great! Keep up the good work! Btw, do you think you will make custom dirt track versions of the trucks? Also, sorry if I'm incorrect about any terms because Nascars are not my area of expertise
