One is including the chicanes in the Hunadieres straight, one is without the chicanes. Feldbergrennen two is without most of the tire-shredding pothole covers. Just the one at the wooden house turn (after about 2:30 minutes) is still dangerous.
Hey everyone, I respect your opinions on behalf of Tsukuba and Trial Mountain, here's my two cents on the matter: • the existing Tsukuba is super super bumpy, you can only use it with a Trophy Truck or the Autobello Baja Buggys • the existing Trial Mountain is made from scratch and not at all close to Gran Turismo's Trial Mountain, not in layout nor elevation. The links I posted are tested in AC and very true versions (Tsukuba IRL and Trial Mountain in Gran Turismo) I do own both AC and GT6 so my comparison is based on extremely precise guesstimation. So that's why I made the requests. I repost the links in case you would be interested, Simitar. Tsukuba (pure Best Motoring & Gran Turismo bliss) https://www.racedepartment.com/downloads/tsukuba-circuit.2629/ Trial Mountain https://www.racedepartment.com/downloads/gran-turismo-trial-mountain.33845/
Exactly. That's also the reason I think they would be awesome to have. From the links you provided, the Tsukuba is amazingly well made and accurate and the Trial Mountain even if it's made from scratch and lacks details, the track itself has the flow, elevations and feels like the one in GT.
Is tsukuba really that bumpy? In testing I was able to do laps with a really low 200bx fairly fine so I don't understand
I understand your arguments, maybe we don't have the same Track, have you tried this one? https://www.beamng.com/threads/tsukuba-circuit.7448/
Autodromo_de_Palmadera Another fantasy track. I have added collision meshes to some of the barriers, mainly on the start finish straight, but will do the rest at a later time.
The Longford 1967 that is already in beamng is very poor. Maybe it is possible to convert from AC, Simitar?
Yes Longford would be great. And also Bremgarten, the last Swiss race track (before track racing was forbidden in Switzerland): https://www.racedepartment.com/downloads/bremgarten-1950s.43576/ This is from the same author (fat_alfie) as Fonteny, Battenbergring and Feldbergrennen.
Hey Simitar, Is there any possibility of getting Okutama Sprint (touge, not the circuit) from GRID series to work in Beam? I'm in lack of good fast paced hillclimb tracks and this is my favourite childhood track.. I'm not familiar with AC ports but i've seen some version of this track floating around in AC community. If you make it happen I'd be really gratefull! Thanks in advance if you make this track work for this game.
I would really love to have VIR beamng https://www.racedepartment.com/downloads/virginia-international-raceway.11892/ is it easy converting tracks? I would like to try if no one else wants this circuit And thank you for bringing the other awesome tracks to beam!
Yeah, at the one way line. But other than that, awesome job Simitar. It was already an epic track on AC, one of the best. Thank you so much! Just asking: is there a way to improve the small frame spikes/slowdowns when we generate tire marks on some of those tracks?
Is there a way you can optimize this one? frames tank (as low as 20fps) whenever wheels get locked up under braking or when losing control of a car and sliding. I normally get ~100fps (~45fps low, ~150fps high) otherwise, on the ultra settings preset. This map seems like a really fun track to race on with others on BeamMP, but It'll be horrible for those with lower end PC's
