I've downloaded over ONE THOUSAND of these mods in the past. Scanned EVERY SINGLE ONE. No viruses. The only way you can get a virus from this is if you click one of those ad links or one of those links sometimes present in the actual vehicle files.

To Be Honest, even those links in the vehicle files aren't that bad. asdfghjkl dot ru will not auto-download malware when you visit it.

 

Don't browsers have protections against auto-downloading files? I know they ask you before allowing notifications
