   From a past 2017 post (https://www.beamng.com/threads/setting-default-speed-of-camera-in-the-world-editor.41505/), the solution was :
   
   

   But i cant find the file.
   Can you please tell how to do it with current v4.7.1 Alpha v0.27.1?

   That is from the old editor, not existent anymore.
   So, we have added persistence for the editor free camera speed, it will be saved in the preferences. In the next release you can change the current speed from Preferences window: Camera->General->Free Camera Move Speed
