Popped hubcaps show damage on the bumpers, which actually confuses the player. simply showing the damage on the wheels part would be more straightforward. (I'm talking about the damage app.)
The damage app always shows damage in weird places, better to redo it entirely than to change just a small thing
Police should tail you closer during attempted traffic stops. You don't get pulled over like this, do you? Police cars should be marked as blue on the UI map(if you have the traffic on GPS option turned on).
Already know about this mod. Im asking the devs to integrate it into the game as an option under driver camera settings with fine tuning for linearity and sensitivity.
Newer cars with push button start should fire up with a single press of the engine start keybind instead of needing to hold it until the car starts fully.
This is not QoL, it's feature request. Backup cameras probably aren't currently possible, and door chimes would be tricky due to the messy sound muffling system we have in game
Even early 2000s cars with keyed ignitions that have tip start only need one twist of the key to keep cranking until they fire up.
"Expand all slots" and "Collapse all slots" in parts selector. Would be useful for my lego car mod especially because well...
Hmmm, not sure about that. Pretty sure all VW group push to start cars do need the button to be held for it to start So i'd say it's not really necessary. Would be better just to have a switch on the gameplay menu that let you choose between push or hold.
Mute button for the World Editor. The icon could be placed in the upper right corner next to the time of day slider. If I'm working in a noisy part of a map and want to cut off annoying environment sounds for a moment I either have to find and hide them in the scene tree or exit the editor, click esc, go to options audio settings, and turn the master volume to 0. And when I'm done I have to find and unhide/turn the master volume on again.
Mirror reflections should if possible be separated from other reflections so you can have functional mirrors with less of a performance hit.
disabling reflections on everything else isn't going to help the performance, you're still having to render the second camera view regardless.
A button to access the World Editor next to Options on the top bar, instead of having to find the key on the keyboard each time.
