Refresh rate locked at 60Hz

    Hello. The refrsesh rate, for some reason, is locked at 60Hz.

    However, I have a 144 Hz monitor

    I have tried deactivating every mod, reinstalling the game, and launching in safe mode. The issue did not appear in safe mode.

    Is there any way to solve this issue?

    Turn off borderless mode.
    Safe mode created a new userfolder, removing most/all of your settings.
    Borderless mode is not default, so using safe mode reset it to windowed mode.
