What I mean is the Tachometer needle has a certain limit in some cars from the inside, such as the ibishu 200bx, the limit is 8k rpm For example, you modified the ecu of your car, and the RPM was 9k from the game ui. it will show 9k RPM, but from inside the car, the tachometer needle does not exceed 8k. Is there a way to make the tachometer needle the same as the number of rpm in the ui of the game?
I was actually thinking this yesterday. Funny how things go, huh? But as far as I'm concerned, there is no way to accomplish this. Would be a cool feature, though!
no i didn't mean that look ima give u another example the ibishu 200bx in its dashboard the tachometer needle will not cross 8k rpm i dont want that like if i have a 9k rpm the tachometer needle will limit it self at 8k rpm in the dashboard i hope its understandable
Well, notice that I said, "as far as I'm concerned." I'm sure there is some way to modify the files in such a way that you can adjust where the redline is. That is beyond me, however.
You can make the gauge needle spin as much as you want pretty easily in the files (even if it requires the needle to go through the dashboard) however the gauge textures will always be limited to 8k rpm. If you want to see more rpm on the dashboard you'll need to texture a new gauge that graduates as high as you want and tune the gauges properly to show the correct graduation at every rpm
yeah something like this adjusting where the redline is and if you know what's the file name i would appreciate that. --- Post updated --- what's the file name??? --- Post updated --- i digged in the car files and i found this
Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\BeamNG.drive\content\vehicles\coupe.zip\vehicles\coupe\coupe_gauges_g.dds
I do believe it may be the body jbeam file that you found earlier, try changing the 12000 value to something higher.
yes finally some one that understand's me anyway i did it by messing with the jbeam file of the car xd
