Must be a bottleneck. How much RAM do you have?

Memory has nothing to do with it, unless he rocks 4gigs DDR2, which I doubt, if it is a recent purchase, that PC should have at least 16 gigs...

The thing is, Beam puts a lot of the computing stuff on the GPU and considering a 1650 is the opposite of a flagship card, I wouldnt be surprised if it was maxed out with 1080p "High" Preset...

All you can do is lower your graphics settings to low/normal, turn off Anti Aliasing and turn down the reflection detail and update rate...

I was experiencing the same thing except and have similar specs my game play is smoothe but the gpu usage was making me uncomfortable our problems seem similar though not the exact same

My issue seemed to be caused by a few things having my frame rate uncapped as well as having shadows disabled would cause my gpu usage to peg at 100 percent (in most smaller maps) setting a limit solved my issue hope this helps somehow

@veljkoapple BeamNG's CPU usage greatly depends on how many vehicles you have spawned, it won't try and use your whole CPU if you only have one or two cars spawned. It uses one CPU thread per car. If your FPS is doing alright that you should be perfectly fine. I would suggest upgrading your RAM though, it's technically below the minimum requirement and BeamNG can KILL RAM sometimes.
