Can't delete mod

Hey guys,

So I've installed a bunch of mods over time, and I am cleaning up a little bit. The problem is that for some reason, I am not finding one of the mods under "mod" folder.

I want to delete Audi A8 car, but when I go to mods folder, I don't see it there. I even tried entering in each folder and taking a look at the default picture of the car.

Is there a way to see from Beamng the location of the folder for a specific car?

Go into the mods folder and use the file explorer search option

 

Is it recommended to rename zip files in the repo for better identification? Or won´t the automatic updates work then?

 

Good idea! But still can't find it. I did find a file under "Vehicles" folder istead of mod. I deleted it, but the car is still in beamng. I even cleared cache without luck

Yes in the vehicle folder there are only your adjusted configurations. Or thumbnails. But with the name of the vehicle folder you should be able to search the repo with windows explorer and find it.

 

Maybe you should reinstall the game
