100% gpu usage on automation track and 20 fps since 0.28

My gpu is a gtx 1650 super asus tuf and yet i can barely run medium settings on automation track and if i switch to high settings i get 20 fps and huge drops. cpu usage is low but gpu at 100. Not normal. And that only on the automation track, since the new update. I can run any other map at 60 fps like west coast usa on ultra graphics with a bit of traffic.

 

What does your performance graph look like when the drops occur?
I'm sorta having the same problem, except on all maps...

 

aaaand as soon as i came back to the map, issue fixed. -_-

I've been having FPS problems since 0.27. I also have 100% GPU usage (or close to it) while the cpu usage is low.
