Can't be a hatchback, doesn't have the coupe profile, but its only 2 box design, A sedan is really the only description that fits it

    “Bug” isn’t a real body style, it’s a car on it’s own.
Unless this is satire, I’d assume it won’t be done.

A size class smaller than the Piccolina too. Also called a minicompact car, while the Piccolina is a sub-compact one.

The Piccolina is too small to be a sub-compact.

The closest real car to the Piccolina is the Fiat 600, which itself is listed as a city car (A-segment)
If it were to be sub-compact, it would be pitched against the Renault 4 and the Citroen 2CV - both of which are bigger cars with more doors.

I thought it was listed as sub-compact in game and assumed it was true, either I remember it wrong or they have to fix it

A sedan has 3 boxes. It's not a sedan either.

Yes but the 600 is classified as one. What else could it be?

That's what I said too but you didn't really seem to agree.

Actually, size-wise the Piccolina is a mix between a 600 and a Beetle. If you look at it as a "italian Beetle", it is basically a compact, similar to what the Fiat Tipo and the VW Golf are nowadays

see the latter part of this post:
there's nothing different in layout between a Renault R8 and a Piccolina, nor between a mini and Wolseley hornet; they're all sedans.
and a ford model A/B isn't "3 box" design, but it was one of the cars that originally defined the family sedan.

Why are we arguing over this? We can all agree that it is a cute little 60s classic.

    1. It's not cute, it was canonically designed by Vincenzo Bello as a tool for the Italian fascist regime. Autobello being "founded" in 1948 is just a thin veneer to cover up that fact.
    2. It's not little by '50s Italian standards, being basically a short-wheelbase VW, it's almost a full-size family car.
    3. Calling it '60s is debatable, since the design dates back to the 1940s (or '30s?) and production runs until the '70s.
    4. In a period '50s or '60s setting, it is not classic, but rather a contemporary car.

You're getting touchy over a fake car in a video game. Perhaps chill out?
And since when did made-up lore dictate whether a car looked 'cute' or not?

Do you realize that they are being ironic right?

Actually, it isn't a "short-wheelbase VW", since it has the exact same wheelbase length of the VW Beetle, but I agree that it is not a little car and it is on a segment that the Vivace stands on these days
